One of the worst Japanese buffet in Penang. Complete ripped off with minimal food varities , very slow food refills and extremely bad service. Most of the food refills would come around 15-20 minutes and customer needs to wait at the area as only limited and untasty food available. When complained the manager there she dared to argue that it's a standard practice for hotel buffet to take up to 3o mins for refill and even raise her voice in front of all the customer.An insult to Penang standard of food and service and will never step foot in Waka or bay view again.
